The first Star Wars movie premiered on 25th May 1977. To commemorate the 40th anniversary of that fateful day, The Geek Club is screening Star Wars Despecialised Edition, which is a version of the movie closest to the original cinema release. That means no additional CGI, a much less populated hive of scum and villany that is Moss Eisley and, last but not least, Han that shoots first.
The English teachers will provide pop-corn, you may bring something to eat, too.
The screening will be held on Thursday, 25th May, in classroom 208 and start at 15.15. Please, kindly let your teachers know if you want to attend, so that we do not run out of pop-corn. Star Wars themed clothes encouraged, no blasters, though.
